Founded in 2019 by father-and-son duo Brian Sr. and Brian Jr., Davis Resort Services began as a weekend side project and quickly evolved into one of the Emerald Coast’s most trusted names in vacation rental maintenance and construction services. What started with a few tools and a lot of heart grew rapidly during the Covid-19 pandemic, as property owners turned to reliable local help to meet increasing demand.

Built on faith, family, and hard work, the company transitioned to full-time operations, assembling a skilled technician team and offering seven-day-a-week, same-day service. 

From routine maintenance to full remodels, Davis Resort Services earned its reputation by delivering top-tier results with a personal touch—always guided by their motto: “One Call Gets It All.”
